From October 30 to November 5	Pro. Yao Lanzhi, director of Foreign Affairs Department and Ms. Zhang Guojuan, Chief of the Teaching Affairs Office, College of Oriental Languages went to Korea to attend the International Academic Exchange Conference and visited the exchange students from Yuexiu.
On November 6	“The grand celebrations of Korean Culture” and “Korean Culture Workshop” were held in Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages.

On December 6	University of Northumbria, UK, granted to enroll 5 teachers from Yuexiu for the Doctor’s Degree and invited Dr. Wu, the executive president of Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages, to be the doctoral supervisor of University of Northumbria, UK.
From December 9 to December 17	Ms. Feng Liqin, director of the Students’ Affairs Department, Pro. Jin Jingshun and Ms. Wu Jianping from College of Oriental Languages went to Egypt to visit the exchange students from Yuexiu.
On December 10	The deputy president of Okayama Shoka University, Japan and his fellow delegates came to Zhejiang Yuexiu University of Foreign Languages to negotiate the cooperation and exchange affairs.
